Small, olde worlde, locals pub tucked away behind the town hall. Only the bitter was
on when I was there in April 1999. Pizzas and pies are available for about £5. It was
being re-decorated at the time of my visit, the furniture at one end of the bar being
covered in dust sheets. The walls were being painted fluorescent orange. Very jolly.
Or perhaps it was only the undercoat...
